Arcbay helps independent shops run their day from a phone or tablet. Retail shops manage products and orders; barbershops, salons and other service businesses manage appointments and customers. Manage merchandise, product photos, prices, options and stock without an appointment calendar getting in the way. From purchase to fulfillment Find orders, check payment and delivery details, prepare shipping or pickup, add tracking, and manage fulfillment and refunds. View the customer's contact and shipping information needed to complete an order. Customer communication Manage order receipts and shipping updates. Send promotional email to customers who have opted in, with an unsubscribe option. Purchase customers appear in the shop's customer list after ordering. Online checkout for physical goods Customers buy physical merchandise on the shop's website. Online payments require the owner's connected Stripe account and completed shop setup. The app provides staff management tools; it does not sell digital content or offer an in-app subscription purchase. Owners can invite their team, and people working with more than one shop can switch shops in the app. GETTING STARTED Create an account and choose Create my shop, or sign into the shop your team has invited you to. New shops have a guided setup. Available modules and features vary by shop, role and completed configuration; communication and payment features require their relevant setup.
