Full description
ProjectSavvy is a calm, private project management app for people juggling more than one project. It keeps your projects, your time and your well-being in one simple place, so you can get real work done without burning out. Made with ADHD and neurodivergent minds in mind. It stays calm and low-pressure: it shows you which project to pick next, breaks work into small blocks, nudges you to rest, and helps when things feel like too much, so an easily-scattered or overwhelmed brain can keep moving. Set a focus block, pick a project, and start. When you have several things on the go, ProjectSavvy suggests which project to give time to next, so nothing gets forgotten and every project keeps moving. Give each project its own colour and a daily time target, and see how your time is split between them. It looks after you while you work. ProjectSavvy gently reminds you to drink water, rest your eyes, and stand up and stretch, and after a long stretch online it gives you a real 2-minute time-out so you actually step away from the screen. During a time-out you can still reach your emergency contacts if you ever need to. Feelings matter too. Tap how you feel and the app meets you where you are: box breathing, a simple grounding exercise, and calming rain or white-noise sounds when things feel like too much. Small wins are worth noticing, so you can log them and watch them add up, with gentle encouragement along the way. Over time, ProjectSavvy learns your own rhythm - your strongest hours and when you tend to tire - and shows your progress in clear charts: time per project, your pace over the day, week and month, and a day-by-day trend so you can see that slow progress really is progress. What you get: - Manage up to 7 projects, each with its own colour and daily target - A suggestion for which project to work on next - Focus blocks with a length you choose - Time and progress tracked for every project - Water, eye-rest, stand and break reminders - A forced 2-minute time-out after too long online, with emergency contacts to hand - Mood check-ins with breathing, grounding and calming sounds - A small-wins log and gentle encouragement - Productivity charts and your learned focus rhythm - Made for ADHD and neurodivergent brains: gentle, low-pressure, no overwhelm Private by design. Everything stays on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no trackers, and your data is never sold or shared. ProjectSavvy offers general wellbeing support and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional help.
