These could be drafts or journals needing initial validation or pre-checks before moving to the next stage. 1st: Journals in the first stage of approval, having passed initial checks and now awaiting approval from the first level approver. 2nd: Journals approved by the first level approver and now awaiting approval from the second level approver, indicating a multi-stage approval process. Failed: Journals that did not pass the approval process or encountered errors during processing. These may require review, correction, or resubmission. Today: Journals created, submitted, or modified on the current day, providing a quick view of the day's activities and helping monitor recent transactions.
