Choose camera settings from the light in front of you. Light Meter is a photography aid for lux, EV, ISO, shutter, and aperture. Set the ISO you will use on the taking camera, then measure. The app solves shutter or aperture from the light it sees. TWO WAYS TO METER • Incident — light falling on the subject. Uses the phone’s ambient light sensor when the device has one. • Reflection — light bouncing off the scene. Point the rear camera at what you will photograph and tap Measure. Use this when you cannot stand in the subject’s light, or when the phone has no light sensor.
