Workraft manager

Workraft Manage is the manager-side companion to the Workraft workforce operations platform. It is a fast, mobile-first oversight tool for supervisors, managers, and admins of staffing companies, security firms, cleaning services, and any organisation with hourly workers across multiple sites. Pair Workraft Manage with the separate "Workraft" employee app for the full operations picture: employees clock in and submit requests on their phones; managers approve and oversee from theirs. ▸ TODAY — at-a-glance dashboard See live counts of active shifts, pending approvals, open requests, and late arrivals scoped to your area of responsibility. No more opening the laptop just to check who's on site right now. ▸ INBOX — one-tap approvals Review and approve or reject employee requests directly from your phone: • Time-off requests with date ranges and reason • Time edit requests (corrections to clock-in / clock-out) • Expense claims with photo receipts • Shift swap requests between team members Add inline comments before approving. Reject with a reason that the employee sees. ▸ SCHEDULE — day view by place Browse the day's assignments grouped by location. See at a glance: • Who's scheduled • Who's arrived (clocked in) • Who's running late • Who's currently on shift Tap into a place to drill into the full assignment list. ▸ PEOPLE — directory of your team Search the employee directory by name, phone, or place. Drill into a person to see their upcoming shifts, recent activity, and contact info. Browse clients and places in your scope. ▸ PROFILE — your account, your way Switch language between English, Hebrew (with full right-to-left layout), Russian, and Simplified Chinese.
