Linni

Linni is a productivity app that brings your notes and your actions together in one connected system — and can add a built-in AI assistant that helps you plan, research, and organize using your own information as context. Most apps are either very basic and make you stitch them together: a task manager here, a notes app there, a calendar somewhere else, and an AI chat app that knows nothing about any of them (but constantly tries to impress you with what it 'remembers'). Or they are complicated and include a lot of functionality but make you determine the objects you need and how to filter them. Linni is different. It is built on a simple structure that connects everything you capture, so your ideas, plans, and knowledge stay linked to the goals, topics, and contexts they belong to. ORGANIZE EVERYTHING IN ONE SYSTEM - Capture Notes, Actions, and Events in seconds from anywhere in the app - Group your work into Goals, Topics, and Contexts — the same note or action can live in more than one place at once - Use Spaces like "Work" and "Home" as lenses that filter what you see - Convert items as your thinking evolves: turn a note into an action, or a goal into a topic PLAN YOUR DAYS ON THE CALENDAR - The calendar is your command center, with day and month views and color-coded actions, events, and dated notes - Today's Actions show the things in front of you that need your attention. - Schedule when you'll do work — without overdue guilt. Deadlines live on Goals, not every Action - Set recurring events and repeating actions, with reminders when you need them LINNI CHAT — WITH A PLUS SUBSCRIPTION - Linni Chat is Linni's own assistant — optimized for your structured system - Ask about your own data: what's scheduled today, which Goals need a next step, what's inside a Goal or Topic - Use a frontier model if you need more power and choose what information it can see - Let Linni draft new actions, events, and notes; you review and approve each changw - Save AI responses as notes, linked where they belong, for future reference BUILT-IN AI MODELS — WITH A PLUS SUBSCRIPTION - Choose from built-in AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and more coming) for general questions and open-ended writing - You control what information the model sees. CAPTURE KNOWLEDGE, NOT JUST ACTIONS - Rich text notes for reference material, research, and ideas - A Log of what actually happened — completed work, ended events, and dated notes - A searchable Timeline across your whole account when you need to find or review something - Attach images and documents to notes (using a Plus subscription) OFFLINE-FIRST - Works offline: your data is stored on your device first and syncs in the background across your devices - Your brain is meant for having ideas, not holding them. Give your information a structure, and let Linni help you act on it. Terms of Use: https://www.vennlabs.ai/terms
