Tethr: Anti Doomscroll

Tethr: Reclaim Your Time and Focus Tethr is a privacy-first, anti-doomscrolling companion designed to help you build healthier digital habits. Unlike traditional screen time apps that just lock you out, Tethr uses intelligent, on-device Edge AI to gently intervene when you start losing yourself in endless feeds. How Tethr Works Using advanced behavioral detection running completely locally on your device, Tethr monitors when you've been scrolling for too long on addictive applications. When it detects doomscrolling, Tethr steps in with protective overlays—interrupting the algorithmic trance and giving you a moment of friction to make a conscious choice about your screen time. Key Features: Smart Interventions: Get nudged out of endless scrolling with dynamic overlays (like interactive math quizzes) that force you to pause and think. Edge AI Powered: All detection happens on your phone's local hardware. No cloud processing, meaning zero latency and zero data leaving your device. Sleek, Dark UI: Designed with a beautiful, distraction-free monochrome interface that’s easy on the eyes. Real-time Dashboard: Monitor your permissions and active protection status directly from the premium control center. Privacy Above All Else Your data is yours. Period. Tethr utilizes Android Accessibility Services strictly to detect which app is currently open and to draw protective interventions on your screen. We DO NOT read your messages. We DO NOT track your browsing history. We DO NOT send any personal data or usage analytics to external servers. Everything happens 100% locally on your smartphone. Take back control of your attention today. Download Tethr and break the scroll.
