Merci helps hotel teams organize guest appreciation and keep gratuity records clear. View confirmed tips, employee earnings and payroll status in your hotel workspace. Manage staff, departments, tip pools and room assignments. Create QR tip links for individuals, teams and rooms, then share or print them from your device. Hotel managers can prepare payroll batches, export allocations and record payroll confirmation. Employees see their own earnings and hotel-managed profile, with access controlled by their property. Guest tip links provide optional amounts and secure hosted checkout where payment collection has been enabled. Payment availability depends on the hotel's setup. Employee distributions are managed through hotel payroll. A provisioned hotel account is required for team features. Contact your hotel administrator for access.
