Strivo: Your AI Career Memory

Strivo is the AI that actually remembers your career — not generic advice, your own real story. Capture moments as they happen — big wins, tough feedback, hard decisions, projects you're proud of. Speak it, type it, or upload a document (resume, performance review, slide deck) and Strivo turns it into a memory it can draw on for good. Then talk to it like a coach who was actually there: - Ask for a story that proves your leadership, problem-solving, or any of 20+ behavioral-interview competencies — Strivo finds it, even if you never thought to frame it that way yourself. - Get a polished, ready-to-use resume bullet from any memory, one tap. - See your Story Bank — a clear picture of which competencies you have strong stories for, and which are still thin. Strivo also reaches out first, the way nothing else does: - Follows up, unprompted, on things you said were coming up — "How did that conversation with your manager go?" - Notices when you've described a real accomplishment like it was nothing, and tells you it wasn't. - A weekly recap of your best stories, and an honest "you vs. you" check-in comparing this quarter to the last. - A real growth narrative — reflecting back genuine patterns in how you've changed, not a generic pep talk. Your memories are yours. Private by default, exportable anytime. Whether you're prepping for an interview, building your resume, getting ready for a performance review, or just want a record of your own growth — Strivo is the place your career story actually lives.
