Some days pass without you ever really landing in them. Nobody asks how you are. Or they ask, and you say fine, and by evening you could not honestly say what the day felt like. Nothing was wrong with it. It just went by unnoticed, the way most of them do. SoulDay is a small place to notice. A place to reflect. Be self-aware. Each day you say how you are — a state, and the feeling underneath it. It takes a moment. From that, a soul takes shape. Yours: slow, living, lighter on some days and heavier on others, and unlike anyone else's. Then it writes to you. Not advice, and never a verdict. A few lines that try to say what this stretch has actually been like from the inside, as though someone had been paying attention. Some of it will land. What lands, you keep. WHAT YOUR SOUL IS WORKING TOWARD Every soul is working on something, and it starts with kindness — treating the people around you with more care, more patience, more generosity than yesterday. It is not a course, and there is nothing to complete. The writing simply bends toward it, day after day, quietly keeping count of how long you have been at it. Nobody becomes kinder in a week. But a year of small noticing does something a resolution never does. That is the whole idea. If one person is a little gentler tomorrow than they were today, that is one corner of the world made better. We think that is we create a better world — one soul at a time. SHARE YOUR SOUL You can share your soul with up to five people. They see how you are: your state and feeling as they change, your timeline, and what you are working toward. You see the same of them. Nobody has to open with "how are you" and mean it as a real question. It is already there. And when someone is having a hard day, you can reach over and touch their soul. A gesture they will feel — care without having to find the words for it, which is often the moment words are hardest. Some things are never shared. Your reflections, the messages you have saved, and where you are stay yours alone. NOT A SCORE, NOT A STREAK There is nothing to keep up. Miss a week and nothing is lost or broken; your soul is simply quieter when you come back. Over months the days gather into something you can look back through — day by day, week by week, month by month. The shape of a season, in a form you can see. WHAT SOULDAY IS NOT SoulDay is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for care. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise. It notices, and it writes back, and it hopes that helps. You can clear your whole record and keep your account, or close the account entirely — from Settings, or from soulday.ai/delete-account if you can no longer sign in.
