Full description
Some family duties cannot be split. Someone has to make the trip, collect the parcel, or cover the errand. Veceira helps an invite-only family group choose one person for the next turn and maintain the pattern over time. You can begin without a group. The personal record logs what you did, who it was for, when it happened, and how long it took. It is a complete timestamped record on its own. The creator chooses the exact group size (2–8 people) and shares one private link or QR code per place. Each join needs approval from an existing member. Invite secrets stay on family devices; the service receives only random lookup identifiers and deletes every unused sealed key share when invitations close. Once invitations are closed, one person adds a real duty, recipient, due time, and proposed size. Everyone answers using the first of six plain-language sentences that fits their day. Veceira encrypts the acceptance signals and checks mathematical proofs before the service counts them. A missing answer becomes the hardest sentence after the deadline. The count stops at the first sentence boundary accepted by at least two people. The person taking the turn is selected from that boundary using the duty record and current standing. The group learns the clearing sentence, who is going, and that everyone else answered at or above it—nothing more. The service never receives or stores anyone's private sentence. In a two-person group, either person can infer the other's answer from the clearing count; larger groups require a strict majority of key shares. Key features: - A finished personal trip record that works without group setup - Single-slot invite links and QR codes with member approval - Strict-majority key thresholds sized to the real group - Six human sentences instead of exposed bid numbers - Sealed acceptance counts with proof validation - Group weight chosen from the middle of members’ proposals - A clear evening-out view that is not a leaderboard - Server-timestamped duty, confirmation, reversal, join, and departure history - Exact zero-floor bookkeeping with visible shortfalls - Completion by the assigned person and confirmation by someone else - Dispute controls that freeze a held change - Contextual content reporting and member blocking - Independent App PIN and optional biometric unlock - Responsive phone and tablet layouts, dark theme, and reduced motion Standing is internal bookkeeping for one family group. It is not money, a wallet, a score, or a rank. It cannot be bought, sold, gifted, redeemed, or transferred outside confirmed duties. Veceira stores shared family text and protocol state so accepted members can coordinate. Network traffic is encrypted in transit. The service uses Cloudflare infrastructure for group coordination and Firebase Cloud Messaging for data wake-ups. It has no advertising or behavioral analytics SDK.
