Pet365

Pet365 is your everyday pet health companion. Describe what is going on with your pet and get instant AI guidance in plain language, with the option to continue the conversation with a qualified veterinary professional. Pet365 requires a paid Pet365 Premium subscription (£59.99 per year). There is no free version — every feature described below is part of that subscription. ASK PET365 AI Pet365 AI is available any time of day and helps you better understand your pet's symptoms. It also helps you decide when it may be time to seek professional veterinary care. It supports your pet's care; it never replaces your veterinarian. VET CONNECTION When AI guidance is not enough, your subscription includes Vet Connection sessions — live chat and video consultations with a qualified veterinary professional. Sessions are subject to availability and to the allowance shown in the app, where your remaining sessions are always visible. A PROFILE FOR EVERY PET Add each of your dogs and cats with a photo, breed, sex, date of birth and weight, and note whether their vaccinations are up to date. Every detail stays editable, so you can update it as your pet grows. YOUR HISTORY, KEPT IN ONE PLACE Conversations are saved under My Chats so you can pick up exactly where you left off. Each pet's profile lists its recent AI assessments and links straight back to the chat behind them. KNOW WHEN TO ACT When your description suggests veterinary attention may be needed, Pet365 AI says so — whether that means arranging a consultation soon or seeing a vet in person straight away. It cannot identify every urgent or serious condition, so if you are worried about your pet, contact your vet. SUBSCRIPTION — REQUIRED TO USE PET365 Pet365 Premium — £59.99 per year (about £5 per month), billed annually. This is the only purchase in the app; there are no other in-app purchases and no free tier. Includes unlimited AI symptom checks for every pet you add, health records for all your pets, and Vet Connection sessions with a qualified veterinary professional. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at £59.99/year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. IMPORTANT Pet365 AI provides general guidance only. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace examination, advice or treatment by a qualified veterinary professional. You remain responsible for deciding whether and when to seek veterinary care for your pet. Pet365 is not an emergency service. If you believe your pet needs urgent help, contact your vet or your nearest emergency clinic immediately. Privacy Policy: https://pet365.ai/privacy
