PassPo

PassPo is a digital health passport for your pets. Keep every vaccination, medical record and weigh-in in one place, and book appointments with veterinary clinics near you. BUILT AROUND YOUR PETS - Create a profile for each pet with species, breed, date of birth, microchip and tag numbers, and a photo. - Switch between pets in a tap. One account covers the whole household. - Every pet gets a scannable QR passport card for quick identification at the clinic. HEALTH RECORDS THAT STAY WITH YOU - Log vaccinations with dates and vaccine names, and keep the full history in one timeline. - Store medical records and attach documents, including PDFs you can open inside the app. - Track weight over time and see how it has changed between visits. - Keep medical notes so nothing is forgotten at the next appointment. VACCINATION REMINDERS - Turn on reminders and PassPo schedules them on your device. - Switch them off at any time from your profile settings. FIND AND BOOK VETERINARY CARE - Browse veterinary clinics and pet service branches as a list or on a map. - See how far each one is, which services it offers and when it is open. - Read what other pet owners have said before you choose. - Request an appointment, then track, reschedule or cancel it from the app. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL - Delete an individual vaccination, medical record or weight entry at any time. - Delete your whole account from inside the app, with no need to contact us. - Your email address is verified when you sign up, so only you can use your account. - Location is used only to show clinics near you. PassPo is not an emergency service, and the information in the app is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian. Contact an emergency veterinary provider when urgent care is needed.
