OrderJam Order Ready Board

OrderJam Order Ready Board (ORB) is a kitchen-facing display app for restaurants using the OrderJam ordering platform. Mounted on a TV in the restaurant, ORB shows live customer order status — preparing, ready, picked up — so customers can see at a glance when their order is ready. WHO THIS IS FOR ORB is a business utility installed by restaurant management. Restaurants pair a TV-mounted Android TV device (Walmart ONN, Google TV Streamer, etc.) to their OrderJam location, and the board automatically shows orders flowing through the kitchen. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR ORB is not for end customers. There are no in-app purchases, no payments, no ads, no accounts to create. If you are a customer trying to order from a restaurant, please use that restaurant's ordering experience directly. HOW IT WORKS Restaurant pairs the TV to their OrderJam location via a one-time QR code. As customers place orders (via SMS, kiosk, or web), they appear on ORB. Kitchen staff mark orders Prepared via OrderJam's KDS (a separate app). ORB shows the customer's name and order status updating in real time. When the customer picks up, the order disappears from the board. NO PURCHASES, NO PAYMENTS ORB is a free B2B utility. The app is provisioned by restaurant management to staff devices via mobile device management (MDM). End-users cannot purchase anything in the app and there is no advertising. DATA COLLECTION ORB collects minimal operational data needed to display orders: order numbers, customer first names, order status, and basic device identifiers used for pairing.
