How it works: 1. Your physical therapist assigns a personalized exercise protocol through the KineticOS provider platform. 2. Wear the MotionSleeve sensor on the prescribed limb and connect via Bluetooth. 3. Follow guided exercises while watching a 3D avatar move in real time. A goniometer display shows your current angle, target range, and rep count. 4. After each session, results (including range of motion, reps completed, and session duration) are uploaded to your provider for review.
