MYVU

MYVU is the companion app for the MyVu farm monitoring platform. It brings alerts, live camera views, and daily counts from your sheds to your phone. WHAT MYVU WATCHES FOR • Worker falls - a person on the floor and motionless for longer than the threshold you set • Intruders - somebody in a shed outside the operating hours you set • PPE compliance - a worker without the garments your site has approved • Bird huddling - birds crowding into one part of the floor, often the first sign of a ventilation or heating problem • Flock dispersal - a sudden scatter, and whether a person appears to have caused it Every alert arrives with the frame that triggered it, the camera it came from and the time it happened. COUNTING Egg, chicken-line, and wings counters give per-shed and per-shift totals you can review on your phone or export from the web platform. IN THE APP • Alerts as they happen, most urgent first • Acknowledge an alert straight from the notification, without unlocking your phone • Live view of any camera, pinch to zoom, swipe between sheds • Save a still frame from a live view to your photos • Quiet hours and per-detector control over what is allowed to notify you • Filter by site, camera, detector, and date range • Analytics for the day, week, or month • Light and dark themes HOW IT WORKS Detection runs on a computer installed at your farm. Continuous video is processed on site and is not uploaded. Only the still frame attached to an alert leaves the premises. Live video is streamed to your device while you are watching it and is not stored in the process. MyVu does not use facial recognition and does not identify individuals. It does not record audio. The app does not request microphone or location access. RESPONSIBLE MONITORING MyVu is operated by the farm or business that owns the cameras. That organisation is responsible for informing workers and visitors that cameras are in use, and for meeting the legal requirements for workplace monitoring in its country. MyVu is not intended for covert monitoring and must not be used to monitor anyone without their knowledge. IMPORTANT MyVu is a monitoring aid. It is not a life-safety system, a medical device or an alarm-receiving centre, and it is not a substitute for supervision, site safety procedures or the emergency services. Detection is probabilistic: it can miss an event, and it can report one that did not happen. Whether a notification reaches you depends on your cameras, site power, network connectivity and your own device settings. Nobody should work alone in reliance on MyVu raising an alarm.
