Milago: AI Meeting Notes

Milago turns your meetings into notes, decisions and action items - automatically. Record on your phone for in-person conversations, or send the Milago Notetaker to join your online call so you can stay present. Milago transcribes what was said, labels who said it, and writes up a summary you can actually use. AFTER EVERY MEETING - A clean, searchable transcript with speaker labels - An AI summary of what was discussed and decided - Action items pulled out and ready to work on - Everything stored in one place you can search later RECORD HOWEVER YOU MEET - Record directly on your phone for in-person meetings - Send the Milago Notetaker into an online meeting from your calendar - Pick up on web and desktop - your meetings sync across devices TURN TALK INTO FOLLOW-THROUGH The Action Board collects the tasks that come out of your meetings, so nothing is lost between the call and the work. Move items across the board, mark them done, and keep a record of what was decided. FIND ANYTHING YOU HAVE DISCUSSED Search across every meeting you have captured, and ask questions about past conversations to get answers drawn from your own transcripts. CONNECT YOUR CALENDAR (OPTIONAL) Link your calendar and Milago can see what is coming up and be ready to join. This is entirely optional - the app works fully without it. BUILT FOR WORK Made for founders, sales teams, consultants, recruiters and product managers - anyone who spends the day in meetings and the evening writing them up. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Your recordings and transcripts are yours. Data is encrypted in transit, you can delete individual meetings at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data from Settings. PLEASE NOTE Recording only ever starts when you start it - Milago never records in the background. You are responsible for informing participants that a meeting is being recorded and for obtaining any permissions required where you are. Milago Technologies Private Limited milago.ai
