MemoryCrafter turns the stories you carry into a book worth keeping. Open it on the sofa, in the garden, on the bus — wherever a memory turns up — and talk. MemoryCrafter listens, asks the questions a good listener would ask, and writes what you say into real chapters. Typing is optional. WHAT YOU CAN DO ON YOUR PHONE • Talk instead of typing. Hold the microphone and speak, and the words appear as you go. Or begin a hands-free conversation and simply answer out loud while it asks and listens. • Catch a memory the moment it surfaces. A few lines jotted into Capture become a chapter draft you can grow later. • Add your photographs. Bring in pictures the phone already holds, or use the camera to photograph an old print, a letter or a recipe card. • Design photo pages by hand. Move photographs around the page, resize them, add a line of writing, and start from a ready-made layout whenever you would rather not begin with a blank page. • Plan the book on a mood board. Pin the people, the places and the half-remembered moments, gather them into zones, and tie them together until the shape of the story shows. • Design a cover. Choose the look, let the assistant suggest a picture and a typeface, and change anything you do not like. • Ask for an illustration.
