You have a lot going on. Rio helps you keep up. Rio is a personal assistant that keeps your day in one place — what you have to do, where you have to be, and what you meant to remember. Ask it in plain words and it does the work. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Today — your whole day on one screen: what is due, what is scheduled, what is left. • Ask Rio — type or speak. "Move my dentist to Thursday." "What's on my plate?" "Remind me to call Mum at six." • Tasks — with due dates, areas and checklists. • Calendar — a week you can swipe, and a day you can open. • Reminders — that arrive on your phone, and that you can answer from the notification. • Habits — a streak you can see. • Notes and docs — write it down and find it later. SPEAK INSTEAD OF TYPING Tap the microphone anywhere you can write. Rio uses the speech recognition built into your phone, so what you say becomes text without leaving the keyboard behind. BUILT TO BE ASKED, NOT CONFIGURED Rio is not another app to set up. There is no project hierarchy to design and no workflow to learn. You say what you need in the words you would use with a person, and Rio files it where it belongs. YOUR DATA IS YOURS You can delete your account from inside the app, and everything goes with it — notes, tasks, events, habits, documents, conversations and uploaded files. No waiting on support.
