ToBe SAID: Offline TTS Engine

ToBe SAID is an offline AI text-to-speech (TTS) engine for Android. Set it as your preferred engine in your device's text-to-speech settings, and TalkBack, ebook readers, AAC apps and any app that uses the system voice can speak with natural AI voices that run entirely on your device. ToBe SAID is a voice provider, not a reading app. It works together with the apps you already use. HOW TO SET IT UP 1. Install ToBe SAID. 2. Open your device Settings and go to Text-to-speech output. The path depends on the manufacturer, for example Settings > System > Languages & input > Text-to-speech output, or Settings > Accessibility, or Settings > General management > Language. 3. Choose ToBe SAID as your preferred engine. 4. Apps that use the system voice now speak with ToBe SAID voices, and apps that list system voices will show them.
