JE Teach

JE Teach is the teaching workspace for teachers, tuition centres and schools that use JE. It turns your classes' real learning data into a short daily brief, keeps every student's progress in view, and puts AI marking, lesson drafting, rosters and parent messages in one calm app. TODAY • An AI brief every day, generated from your classes' real records: what is waiting to be marked, which students need attention, and where the class is weakest. • Key numbers at a glance: items to mark, students active this week and average mastery. • Today's schedule: classes, live Q&A sessions and events. • Needs attention: the students with the lowest mastery, and the class's weakest topics with their accuracy. CLASSES AND STUDENTS • Every student's mastery, practice count and weekly activity, sorted so the students who need help come first. • Search by student or class name. • Import a roster from a CSV, XLSX or PDF file or a photo. The app drafts a class setup, and nothing is created until you approve it. Student names come only from your file; nothing is invented or auto-completed. MARKING • Review essays and open-ended answers marked by JE's AI: an overall assessment, the original text, and detailed comments on strengths and what to improve. • AI marking is a first pass that supports your professional judgement, never a replacement for it. AI STUDIO • Draft a lesson from one topic: teaching points, a class activity and practice directions, ready for you to check and adjust. • Your lessons are kept in one list. MESSAGES • Message the parents, students and colleagues you are actually connected to through your classes and institution. Strangers never appear in your contacts. • Report or block anyone from the conversation menu. FOR INSTITUTIONS • An operations brief covering enrolment, weekly activity, teachers and classes. • Your plan status and this period's fee collection rate. • Classes, teachers and members in one place: create classes, register student and teacher records, and share class codes so students can join in JE Learn. ALSO INCLUDED • Chinese and English, switchable at any time. AI briefs follow your language. • Light, dark or system appearance. • My library for course packs, rosters and materials (PDF, Word, PPT, TXT, MD, CSV, XLSX). • Help and support tickets from inside the app. • Export your data or delete your account in the app. • Student data is stored in Singapore and handled under the PDPA. HOW TO GET ACCESS JE Teach is licensed to schools, tuition centres and teaching teams. Sign in with the educator account your organisation set up for you, or create an educator account in the app. Plans and seats are managed by your organisation's administrator; nothing is sold inside the app. Students and parents use the JE Learn app. Privacy policy: https://jurisedu.ai/privacy Terms of service: https://jurisedu.ai/terms Support: [email protected]
