GlobalFeed: AI and Tech News

GlobalFeed is an independent news site covering artificial intelligence and technology in four languages. This app is the reader edition of the site: articles are fetched from globalfeed.ai and shown in the app's own interface. No account is needed and there are no ads. What you get • Four languages: English, Turkish, Arabic and Chinese. The language follows your device setting and can be changed from the menu. Arabic is displayed right to left. • Company filter: see only the news about OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Nvidia, DeepSeek, Mistral, Grok, Z.ai, Kimi, Tesla, Xiaomi or Runway with one tap. Editor articles are a separate option. • Save: star an article and keep it in your Saved list. The last 100 saved articles stay on the device. • Offline reading: articles you save or open stay on the device with their full text, so you can keep reading without a connection. • Share: send an article through your phone's own share sheet. • Search: search headlines across the whole archive; without a connection it searches the loaded articles. • Notifications: turn on notifications for new articles if you want them. Permission is not requested on first launch; it is asked after you have read a few articles, or when you turn it on from the menu. Tapping a notification opens that article. You can turn them off from the menu at any time. • Links inside articles open in the system browser. • Dark mode follows the system setting. • Images are downloaded at phone-sized resolutions to save data. Privacy: the app keeps no user accounts and contains no ads or tracking. If you turn on notifications, only the device's push token and your chosen language are stored on the server; nothing else is collected. Turning notifications off deletes this record from the server.
