SOP Guard

SOP Guard is the on-duty app for security officers. It gives guards everything they need during a shift in one place: check in at site, walk patrols, report incidents, raise an emergency alert and keep track of their own hours and pay. SOP Guard is provided by your employer. Accounts are created by your company's administrator, so there is no public sign-up. Ask your supervisor for your sign-in details. CHECK IN AT SITE See the shift you are rostered on and check in when you arrive. Check-in is verified against the site's location, so your hours are recorded accurately from the moment you start. WALK PATROLS Scan checkpoints along your route. Every scan is timestamped, so completed patrols are on record without paperwork. REPORT INCIDENTS Report what happened from where you are standing, with a severity level, a description and photos. Your supervisor is alerted straight away. EMERGENCY ALERT One tap sends your location and an alert to your supervisor. YOUR RECORDS, SELF-SERVICE Attendance history, payslips with a full breakdown, leave balance and leave requests, all in the app without a trip to the office. LOCATION AND PRIVACY SOP Guard uses your location only while you are checked in to a shift: to confirm you are at your assigned site, to timestamp patrol checkpoints and to find you quickly in an emergency. Tracking starts when you check in and stops when you check out, and a notification stays visible the whole time. It never runs when you are off shift.
