Formao – Documents & Signing

Formao is the document platform for your business: create, scan, sign and send — all in one place, in Hebrew and English. The app connects to your Formao account and brings your business documents to your phone: • Document scanning — automatic edge detection, perspective correction and filters for sharper pages. Several pages become one PDF, and every page is turned upright automatically. • Share into Formao — send photos, PDFs and Word files to Formao from any other app. • Your documents — view documents and PDFs, and share them by link, by email or with any app. • Send for signature — choose the signers, mark where they sign and send. See who opened it, who signed and who is still pending, and send a reminder in one tap. • Saved signatures and stamps — draw or type your signature once and place it on any document: drag it, make it bigger or smaller. • Formao AI — write what you need and the AI drafts it. You can also recognize the text in scanned pages (OCR) and get suggested signature places. • Customers and templates — your organization's contacts and templates, on the go. • Hebrew and English — the full interface in both languages, switched in one tap. Security and privacy: traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as argon2id hashes, and every organization is kept apart in the database itself. You can turn on two-step verification, and delete your account from inside the app. Formao is a service for businesses. The app needs a Formao account — you can create a new organization for free from inside the app.
