DNPay – ỨNG DỤNG THANH TOÁN SỐ TRONG KHUÔN KHỔ THỬ NGHIỆM (SANDBOX) TẠI ĐÀ NẴNG DNPay là nền tảng chuyển đổi tài sản số sang VNĐ trong khuôn khổ thử nghiệm có kiểm soát (sandbox) tại Đà Nẵng. Chúng tôi cung cấp dịch vụ trung gian thanh toán thử nghiệm, hỗ trợ chuyển đổi tài sản số hợp pháp sang VNĐ phục vụ tiêu dùng, tích lũy đầu tư và thanh toán cá nhân. 📍 PHẠM VI VÀ ĐỐI TƯỢNG SỬ DỤNG • Giới hạn địa lý: Hoạt động trong khuôn khổ sandbox có kiểm soát tại 3 địa điểm (58 Nguyễn Chí Thanh, 02 Quang Trung, 02 Như Nguyệt) trên địa bàn TP. Đà Nẵng. • Đối tượng hợp lệ: Chỉ dành cho người dùng đã định danh (KYC) theo quy định của DNPAY và trong khu vực thử nghiệm, bao gồm cả du khách quốc tế và doanh nghiệp trong khuôn khổ sandbox. ✨ TÍNH NĂNG CHÍNH: 🔒 BẢO MẬT & XÁC THỰC • Đăng ký, đăng nhập an toàn (hỗ trợ đăng nhập Google, Apple). • Xác thực hai lớp (2FA). • Xác thực danh tính người dùng (KYC) bắt buộc. • Quản lý và khôi phục mật khẩu dễ dàng. 💱 QUẢN LÝ VÀ GIAO DỊCH • Chuyển đổi tài sản số hợp pháp sang VNĐ. • Phí chuyển đổi minh bạch, hiển thị công khai trước giao dịch. • Xem số dư tài khoản và theo dõi lịch sử giao dịch. • Hỗ trợ thanh toán VNĐ qua đối tác ngân hàng được phép. 🏷️ VOUCHER & QR CODE • Mua và quản lý thẻ quà tặng (voucher). • Quét mã QR để thực hiện giao dịch trong phạm vi địa điểm được cấp phép. • Trải nghiệm an toàn, minh bạch, có kiểm soát. ⚙️ TIỆN ÍCH HỖ TRỢ • Hỗ trợ đa ngôn ngữ. • Quản lý hồ sơ cá nhân. • Chính sách hỗ trợ khách hàng 24/7; theo dõi khiếu nại qua mã số xử lý riêng. 🛡️ CAM KẾT BẢO MẬT & TUÂN THỦ PHÁP LÝ • Hệ thống đạt chuẩn bảo mật quốc tế ISO/IEC 27017, PCI DSS. • Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP. • Tuân thủ Luật Giao dịch điện tử, Luật Phòng chống rửa tiền, Nghị định thanh toán không dùng tiền mặt và hoạt động có giám sát của cơ quan Nhà nước. Lưu ý quan trọng: DNPAY là ứng dụng hoạt động trong khuôn khổ thử nghiệm có kiểm soát (sandbox) theo hướng dẫn của Sở KH&CN thành phố Đà Nẵng.
