YOUR PRIVATE LOCKER You sign in with an email and password. Your profile, plan and progress are saved to your private account on our server, so they are there when you sign in again. Your profile answers are also sent to Google Gemini to help write your plan. There is no advertising, analytics or subscription. You can close your account and delete its data at any time in the app. HEALTH INFORMATION MATTERS The app uses your reported symptoms, conditions, limitations and clearance information to restrict, adapt or pause planning. It does not grant medical clearance, measure vital signs or replace an individual clinical assessment. Optional assessment-based targets are estimates from values you enter.
