CvikAI

CvikAI turns any Android device into a workforce attendance terminal — or a personal clock-in companion for each team member. Two modes, one app Set up a shared kiosk at your store, warehouse, or office and let employees clock in with a PIN. Or hand each person their own phone for personal attendance tracking with geofence verification. Switch between modes during initial setup — both run the same reliable core. Real-time roster The live dashboard shows who is working, on break, or clocked out. Status updates appear instantly, so supervisors always know the current state of the floor without asking around. One-tap punching Clock in, start a break, end a break, clock out — every action is a single tap with instant visual confirmation. No menus to navigate, no training needed. PIN-secured identity Every clock event is tied to a personal PIN. Kiosk devices pair to a specific branch through a one-time activation code, so only verified employees can punch at the right location. Offline-ready kiosk When connectivity drops, the kiosk queues punches locally and syncs automatically once the connection returns. Attendance capture never stops. Push notifications Shift assignments, leave approvals, and timesheet updates reach employees and managers through real-time push notifications — no one misses a change. Connected to your HR platform CvikAI syncs with the Cvik web platform. Shifts, leave, timesheets, and attendance data flow both ways, so HR always works with accurate, up-to-date records.
