BluMatrix: AI Cost Estimator

Stop losing jobs to slow bids. The contractor who gets the estimate in first usually wins the work. BluMatrix turns a 15-minute walkthrough into a priced, professional, ready-to-send estimate — while your competition is still promising to "get you numbers by Friday." WALK. TALK. SNAP. SEND. ▸ Walk the job and just talk. Say what you see, snap photos as you go — your words become clean field notes matched to every photo. No typing on a job site. ▸ Measure rooms with your camera. Point your phone at the corners and get a real floor plan with exact dimensions. No tape, no ladder, no second trip back for a measurement you forgot. ▸ Answer a few sharp questions. BluMatrix asks exactly what an experienced estimator would ask — then builds the whole thing: scoped line items, quantities, labor and materials, priced from the same industry cost data insurance carriers use. ▸ Send it and get approved. Your client gets a clean professional link, reviews the estimate, and taps Approve. You find out instantly. YOUR CAMERA IS THE TAPE MEASURE Trace the room's corners on screen and BluMatrix draws the floor plan — walls, doors, windows, square footage — into a professional Floor Plan Report your estimate is priced on. Real numbers, not guesses. PHOTOS THAT DO THE ARGUING FOR YOU The AI Photo Report writes up every photo like a pro: what it shows, what work it needs, and why it matters. Insurance-ready evidence that defends your price before anyone questions it. BID ROOFS FROM SATELLITE Type the address. Get roof area, pitch, and squares measured from satellite imagery — with a measured diagram attached to your estimate. Bid the roof without climbing it. INSURANCE-GRADE WHEN IT MATTERS Working a claim? Add the claim number, date of loss, and carrier program, and BluMatrix builds adjuster-ready scope with the documentation to back it up. CHANGE ANYTHING IN PLAIN ENGLISH "Add a second coat of paint to every bedroom." Done — added, priced, totals updated. Edit with AI keeps the estimate yours without redoing the math. YOUR OFFICE, IN YOUR POCKET Properties, estimates, photo reports, floor plans, contacts, and documents — organized by property and synced across your devices. Send the bid from the driveway, not from your desk at 11pm. ASK THE BUILT-IN ASSISTANT Attach a scan, a report, or an estimate and ask questions like you'd ask a sharp estimator sitting next to you. It reads your actual job files and answers with your actual numbers. TAKEOFFS WITH LIVE STORE PRICES Ask for a materials takeoff and get quantities with the math shown — plus current prices and product links at Home Depot and Lowe's. One tap sends the whole list into your estimate. INVOICES, PROPOSALS, ANY JOB DOCUMENT Need an invoice, a proposal, a change order, a scope letter? The assistant drafts construction documents on request — carrying your company name, logo, and license details from your business profile.
