If an app does not allow insertion, Blabby copies the result for you to paste. AI THAT FOLLOWS YOUR WORDS Blabby’s AI modes transform, clean up, or format what you say. They reshape the words you dictated instead of answering your dictation like a chatbot. ANDROID ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE Blabby uses the Android AccessibilityService API to provide voice typing across apps. The Accessibility Service allows Blabby to detect the editable text field you are currently using and insert your dictated text into that field. To preserve cursor position and spacing while inserting, Blabby may read the focused non-password field locally. It does not save or send existing text from that field to Blabby or transcription providers. When you start dictating, your audio is sent to Blabby’s servers and transcription or AI providers to generate your transcription and final text. You can disable this feature at any time from Android Accessibility settings.
