Arda Translate

Talk across languages with Arda Translate. Translate speech and typed text on your Android phone or tablet, with on-device speech recognition and translation. FACE-TO-FACE CONVERSATIONS Choose a language for each speaker, hold the microphone to speak, and read the translation. Rotate the top pane so the person across from you can read comfortably. Type a message whenever speaking is inconvenient. PERSONAL LIVE TRANSLATOR Choose the spoken and target languages, then tap Start listening. Read translated phrases as they arrive, review the latest 40 phrases in the current session, or jump back to the newest translation. Clear the feed whenever you like. OPTIONAL SPOKEN TRANSLATIONS Read translations silently or enable read-aloud using an installed offline Android voice. Voice availability depends on your device and language. ON-DEVICE PROCESSING Speech recognition and translation run locally. No Arda account is required. The app does not upload conversation audio, typed messages, or translations to a translation service. Conversation history stays in memory rather than being saved as a recording or chat archive. LANGUAGE CHOICES Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. Translation quality varies by language and speech conditions. BEFORE YOU START Requires Android 13 or later, a supported 64-bit ARM device, and at least 8 GB of system memory reported to the app. Initial setup downloads approximately 3 GB of models after your approval. Keep the app open during setup and allow additional free storage. Offline read-aloud requires an installed offline voice for the chosen language. Once setup is complete, speech recognition and translation work without an internet connection.
