PRIVACY YOU CAN SEE For current Australian customer accounts, Small Mercy applies an organisation-wide AU Sovereign profile. The app shows storage, processing and retention details separately and presents the evidence available for each session rather than collapsing them into a single trust badge. Under the default policy, audio is encrypted through review and scheduled for deletion when the note is confirmed. Organisations may instead use strict delete-after-processing or bounded policy retention. Small Mercy does not use consultation audio or clinical records to train its models. Passkeys, encryption at rest and in transit, and an append-only audit trail protect the clinical record. A patient-facing privacy view explains what is happening without showing clinical content. Small Mercy is a documentation aid. It does not make clinical decisions or replace clinical judgement. The clinician remains responsible for reviewing and confirming the record.
