Smart Padel Team

Smart Padel Team is the companion app for the people who run Smart Padel clubs; coaches, wellness instructors, and club staff. Whether you're teaching a group drill on court, promoting a wellness class, or clocking in for your shift, everything you need is one tap away. — FOR COACHES — • Today view: your sessions for the day, pending requests, and attendance at a glance. • Schedule & month view: plan weeks ahead and stay on top of bookings. • Session detail: start, end, and log reports for every session you run. • Skill ratings: rate each player across technical, tactical, physical, and mental areas; progress is tracked over time. • Open slots: publish coaching availability with filters for player level and group size. Slots auto-cancel when not booked; time never goes to waste. • Requests: accept, decline, or propose a new time for incoming session requests. • Availability: keep your weekly availability up to date and never get booked when you're off. — FOR WELLNESS INSTRUCTORS — • Today & schedule: the same instant-overview tools, tuned for class formats. • Ad-hoc classes: spin up a wellness class on short notice. • Class boosts: promote an underbooked class to fill seats. • Class detail & attendance: full control, right from court side. — FOR CLUB STAFF — • Clock in and out in seconds: tap your club's check-in tag or scan its QR code at the entrance. • Fingerprint confirms it's you; nobody can clock in on your behalf, and no one can clock in for you. • Your digital staff card, with Google Wallet support. • Hours at a glance: today's time, shifts, and monthly totals. • Leave, sorted: request time off, follow its status, and see your annual leave days used and remaining. — BUILT FOR THE CLUB FLOOR — • Notification center: every message from your club in one place, images included. • A personal welcome with your club's branding every time you clock in. • Clean typography and large tap targets optimized for one-handed use. • Offline-aware: queue updates on the move and sync when you're back online. • Push notifications for new requests, cancellations, class updates, and clock-out reminders. • Fingerprint sign-in. Your data stays private to your account. This is a private tool for the team at participating Smart Padel clubs. Accounts are issued by your club; you won't be able to log in without being registered as a coach, instructor, or staff member in your club's system. Need help?
