My ACS Staff

My ACS Staff is the official app for teachers and staff of the American Cooperative School (ACS Calvert), La Paz, Bolivia. It brings your daily work with your classes and families to your phone, connected to the same system as the school's web portal. DASHBOARD Today's schedule, your classes and upcoming school events at a glance. MESSAGES WITH FAMILIES Talk with your students' families: an inbox with unread counts and search, full threads with the attachments families send you, and new messages to the family of any student in your classes. CLASS WALL Post to the families of your class or homeroom group: announcements, homework, events, photos and files, achievements and behavior notes for the students you tag. Schedule posts, pin the important ones, reply to comments and translate posts between English and Spanish. Drafts save automatically and follow you between the app and the web. CLASS LIST Your students by class and group, with photos according to each family's consent, and family contacts to call or email. NURSE Issue nurse passes, see which students are out of class and for how long, confirm their return and read the visit report. GRADEBOOK Create assessments by category, enter grades from your phone (including late, missing or excused), publish them to families, review class averages and statistics, and close the grading period. INTERVIEWS Answer meeting requests from families: accept, propose another date or decline, and mark them as completed. REMINDERS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Schedule reminders for families (once, daily, weekly or monthly) and send announcements to your classes or priority messages to specific families. CALENDAR AND SCHEDULE The school's event calendar and your class schedule, day by day.
