Unlike isolated vocabulary lists, Only Words keeps each word connected to the story where it appears. Tap an unfamiliar word as you read to see its main translation, available alternative meanings, and part of speech. Open the sentence translation when you need more context, listen to the word and translation, then save it for later review. Choose a topic that interests you Browse stories organized into categories. Select the language you want to read and the language you want translations in. Build vocabulary with short stories related to the topics you enjoy. Learn vocabulary inside stories Each story unfolds through short text and visual scenes. Tap a word to get meaning support without leaving the reading screen. Optional sentence translation helps you understand how the word is used in that specific context. Listen to pronunciation and save words Listen to the source word and its displayed translation. Add vocabulary you want to revisit to your Words to Learn list. Find saved and completed stories again in your personal library. Practice with vocabulary cards Review words from your selected story in a two-choice card game. Choose an answer up or down, leave a card unanswered when you are unsure, or undo your last move. At the end, review the correct, incorrect, and unanswered words.
