SnapPact: E-Signature & QR Live

Real talk: who actually enjoys printing a contract, signing it, scanning it back in, and emailing "contract_FINAL_v3_actually_final.pdf" to a stranger? Nobody. That's why SnapPact exists: a digital signature app that turns any everyday contract into a signed, sealed, legally binding document in under three minutes — no printer, no scanner, no "does anyone have a pen?" HOW IT WORKS (no printer, no drama) 1. Pick a template — SnapPact Original (drafted by our team around Swiss and EU contract law) or a community template, always clearly labelled 2. Fill in the details — a guided wizard walks you through it, zero legalese required 3. Show your QR code — the other person scans it on their own phone and joins instantly with their verified identity 4. Sign together — each on your own device, with Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint, not a pen that's run out of ink From "we agree" to signed and sealed in under three minutes. Faster than your neighbour returning that lawnmower (we're still waiting on ours). NOW, SERIOUSLY: THE LEGAL PART As funny as SnapPact is, we don't joke about legal validity. Every signature is an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the EU eIDAS regulation — valid for the vast majority of everyday contracts, from rental agreements to freelance work orders. Every step (draft creation, QR handshake, signature, sealing) is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail with SHA-256 hashing and timestamps, and every sealed contract gets a public verification link so anyone can confirm it's authentic. Your identity runs through ortino.AUTH with passwordless passkey login, and every signature is cryptographically bound to your verified account and this specific device. CONTRACT TEMPLATES FOR (ALMOST) EVERYTHING - SnapPact Original: vehicle sale contract, room sublease, personal loan agreement, general power of attorney, NDA, freelance work contract, and more — drafted by our team around real Swiss and EU legal requirements, clearly marked as not a substitute for individual legal advice - Community templates: free, made by real people for real people, always clearly labelled "community, no guarantee" - Great for roommate agreements, equipment loans, private sales, and anything else that needs two (or more) real signatures MORE THAN TWO SIGNERS? NO PROBLEM SnapPact also handles multi-party contracts — handy when the whole flat-share needs to sign, not just whoever happens to be home that evening. REMINDERS, ATTACHMENTS, AND YOUR OWN VAULT Attach photos or PDFs (like a vehicle registration document) directly to a contract. Set a reminder for a notice period or repayment date, or add it straight to your calendar. Every sealed contract lands safely in your vault: searchable, accessible offline, with a complete tamper-proof audit trail. BUILT FOR SWITZERLAND, WORKS ACROSS THE EU SnapPact is built around Swiss contract law (OR) and the EU eIDAS regulation, so it works equally well for a rental contract in Zurich or a freelance agreement in Berlin. Multiple interface languages, templates for several jurisdictions, one app. Whether you're searching for a digital signature app, an e-signature app, a way to sign a PDF online, a rental agreement template, an NDA generator, a vehicle sale contract, or simply the fastest way for two phones to sign a document with no printer in sight — that's SnapPact. SnapPact. Because a handshake is lovely, but it doesn't hold up so well in court.
