Hima | حِمى Live

Hima (حِمى) is your personal mindful focus companion designed to help you overcome digital distractions, reduce mindless scrolling, and build intentional screen habits. Instead of plain, rigid blockers that leave you frustrated, Hima introduces intentional pauses and mindful gates. Whenever you attempt to open a distracting app, Hima encourages you to complete a brief mindful exercise (such as a 10-second pause, guided box breathing, or walking a few steps) before unlocking the app. ✨ KEY FEATURES: • Mindful Gating: Add intentional friction before opening addictive social media and games. • Custom Challenges: Unlock selected apps only after deep breathing exercises, physical steps, or mindful reflection. • Strict Protection Mode: Prevent impulsive disabling and stay committed to your focus sessions. • Distraction Shield: Protect your focus during study, deep work, or daily routines. • Privacy-First Design: Your data stays on your device. We do not track, sell, or monitor your personal content. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔒 ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE API DISCLOSURE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Hima uses the Android AccessibilityService API solely for the following core purpose: • Foreground App Detection: To detect when a user-selected distracting app is launched and display a mindful gating/focus screen over it.
