Beyond Grades Live

There is a life beyond grades. A life where you lead teams, manage chaos, communicate under pressure, and show up when it truly matters. A life no CGPA, no participation certificate, and no 20-minute interview can ever fully capture. Beyond Grades was built to track that life. Tracking Growth Beyond Grades. WHAT IS BEYOND GRADES? Beyond Grades is a student performance platform that measures your real soft skills — leadership, communication, teamwork, ownership, and consistency — through actual college event participation and structured peer feedback. Every event you join. Every role you play. Every peer who evaluates you. It all builds your EPA — Extracurricular Performance Analysis — a verified, growing record of who you actually are beyond your marksheet. THE PROBLEM WE ARE SOLVING Recruiters spend 15–30 minutes judging years of your effort. Participation certificates show you were present, not how you performed. Self-claimed skills cannot be verified. Short interviews capture rehearsed answers, not real behavior. Students themselves often do not know where they are actually weak. Beyond Grades changes this — one real event at a time. HOW IT WORKS Participate in college events, hackathons, fests, and committees. Your teammates evaluate your actual contribution across structured skill parameters. This peer feedback is aggregated into your EPA score — a data-driven soft skill profile that grows with every event you join. The more you participate, the stronger and more credible your profile becomes. WHAT IS EPA? EPA — Extracurricular Performance Analysis — is the core scoring engine of Beyond Grades. It combines verified peer feedback from multiple events into a single, evolving performance score across five key behavioral skills. EPA is not self-reported. It is earned.
