Health Connect & Google Fit Activity Data: To participate in health and activity challenges, the app allows you to import activity data from Health Connect and/or Google Fit. When you authorize access to Health Connect and/or Google Fit, we access the following data: STEPS - Challenges feature (fitness & wellness activity tracking). When a member joins a steps challenge run by their organization (cumulative goal, or daily goal for consecutive days), the app reads step count to show their progress bar, percent complete and anonymous rank. Step totals are read only for joined challenges and dates, and synced to the member's facility account to calculate progress. Required because step goals cannot be tracked without step data. Never sold or used for ads. DISTANCE - Challenges feature (fitness & wellness activity tracking). When a member joins a Walking + Running Distance challenge, the app reads distance to show miles completed toward the goal, including any daily limit set by the facility, plus percent complete and anonymous rank. Only distance within the joined challenge dates is read and synced to the member's facility account to calculate progress. Steps alone cannot measure distance accurately. Never sold or used for ads. CALORIES - Challenges feature (fitness & wellness activity tracking). When a member joins an Active Calories challenge (cumulative goal or daily minimum), the app reads calories burned to show progress toward the goal, percent complete and anonymous rank. Data is read only for the joined challenge dates and synced to the member's facility account to calculate progress. No other energy or body data is requested. Never sold or used for ads. FLOORS - Challenges feature (fitness & wellness activity tracking). When a member joins a Flights Climbed challenge, the app reads floors climbed to show flights completed toward the goal, percent complete and anonymous rank. Only floors within the joined challenge dates are read and synced to the member's facility account to calculate progress. Members whose devices cannot record floors are told before joining.
