Local One Live

A food delivery app that works differently. Local One charges no service fees and shares its success with the community. Download Local and instantly start enjoying the delicious dishes you love without the extra fees. Our novel technology connects you directly with local restaurants, skipping the middleman, so you get better prices whilst supporting restaurants and drivers in a more sustainable way. Here’s why you’ll love Local: • Zero Fees for Customers Unlike other food delivery platforms that charge you inflated fees and service charges, Local is 100% free to use. You pay only for your food and the cost of the delivery, just like the good old days. No service charges, just the lowest price possible for your favourite meals. • Direct Restaurant Ordering We’ve shaken up the food delivery industry by creating a genius platform that allows you to order directly from the restaurant of your choice, without the need for an expensive third-party operator. This streamlined system is simpler and more efficient, making it more affordable to run, which then enables restaurants to keep much more of their profits. • Lower Prices, Same Delicious Food By eliminating the expensive middleman, we help restaurants save on hefty commissions. Those savings are passed on to you, meaning the meals you order on Local are always cheaper than on other platforms. Enjoy the same top-quality food at a fraction of the cost. • Fair Pay for Drivers We believe in fair wages for everyone involved, including our delivery drivers. While other platforms may cut corners, Local ensures drivers are paid fairly for their work. You can feel comfortable knowing that your delivery is being handled by someone earning an appropriate wage. • Supports Local Restaurants When you order through Local, you’re supporting your favourite local restaurants directly. Restaurants retain more of their profits, allowing them to continue delivering the food you love, without the crippling commission fees. • Supports Local Communities Every time you order from Local, you will be supporting local community projects and initiatives funded by the network that are aimed at making Malta a better, brighter, more sustainable place to live.
