Maripos Desk Live

Maripos Desk is the front desk workspace for venues running on the Maripos platform. Every order — from the website, the floor or a delivery aggregator — lands on one board and moves through its statuses from acceptance to handover. In the app: • Order board: new, in progress, on the way, completed and canceled, with items, address, payment and timing. • Register: new pickup or delivery order, discounts, promo codes, a note for the kitchen. • Customers: order history and guest contacts. • Stop list: dishes that are currently unavailable. • Delivery map: couriers, routes and arrival times per stop. • Shift, expenses, staff payouts, write-offs and labels. Sign-in by PIN; the session ends at midnight. A Maripos staff account is required; the app shows data for the venue the account belongs to.
