클릭온 원격은 클릭온 원격 지원 서비스를 쓰는 회사의 직원용 앱입니다. 사무실 PC 앞이 아니어도 휴대폰이나 태블릿으로 고객 PC에 접속해 화면을 보고 조작할 수 있습니다. ■ 번호로 연결 앱에서 원격 연결 번호를 받아 고객에게 알려 주세요. 고객이 자기 PC의 클릭온 프로그램에 번호를 넣으면 바로 연결됩니다. 지원이 끝나면 새 번호를 받습니다. ■ 등록된 컴퓨터 - 지원 중에 고객의 허락을 받아 PC를 등록해 두면, 다음부터는 번호 없이 목록에서 골라 접속합니다. - 켜져 있는 컴퓨터를 목록에서 바로 알 수 있고, 이름으로 검색하거나 이름을 바꿀 수 있습니다. - 컴퓨터 켜기를 설정해 둔 PC는 목록에서 전원을 켤 수 있습니다. ■ 원격 화면 조작 - 두 손가락으로 확대·이동하고, 한 번에 화면에 맞출 수 있습니다. - 모니터가 여러 대면 바꿔 보거나 전체를 한 화면에 봅니다. - 화면 키보드, Ctrl+Alt+Del, 텍스트 전송, 내 클립보드 붙여넣기를 지원합니다. - 보기만 하기와 조작하기를 오갈 수 있고, 지원 중에는 고객 입력을 잠글 수 있습니다. - 실행한 창이 지금 보고 있는 자리 밖에 뜨면 위치를 알려 주고, 보이는 곳으로 옮길 수 있습니다. - 앱에서 고객 PC를 다시 시작하고, 켜지면 이어서 지원합니다. ■ 고객과 대화 원격 화면 위의 대화창으로 고객과 글로 이야기합니다. ■ 안전한 연결 - 고객이 번호를 넣거나 그 PC 앞에서 등록을 허락해야만 연결됩니다. - 원격 화면, 입력, 대화는 종단 간 암호화되어 중계 서버도 내용을 볼 수 없습니다. ■ 사용 전에 확인해 주세요 - 회사에서 발급한 클릭온 계정이 있어야 로그인할 수 있습니다. 앱에서는 계정을 만들 수 없습니다. - 고객 PC(Windows)에 클릭온 프로그램이 있어야 합니다. - 파일 전송 등 일부 기능은 PC용 뷰어에서만 제공됩니다.
