Onrep Live

OnRep helps sports and performing-arts academies manage their daily operations in one place. Academy owners and coaches can organize classes, recurring schedules, batches, students, attendance, fees and payments. Coaches can also record selected performance information for their own training and review. Parents invited by an academy can view their child’s schedule, attendance, fees, payment status and receipts. Performance information remains private to the academy by default and is shown to parents only when the academy enables sharing and a coach explicitly publishes an update for that student. OnRep currently supports skating and music academy workflows, including private and group classes, race timing, lesson management and makeup classes. Key features: • Class and recurring schedule management • Student batches and attendance • Fee collection, payment tracking and receipts • Skating race timing and coach-private performance records • Makeup lesson management • Role-based access for academy owners, coaches and parents • Parent performance sharing controlled by the academy • In-app account deletion and privacy controls OnRep is available to invited academy members. An academy account is required. Payments made through OnRep are for physical coaching services provided by the academy; OnRep does not provide banking, lending, investment or wallet services.
