HOW THE TRAINING SYSTEM WORKS Level Up Hockey is built around progressive skill development. You start at your current level and progress through the structured curriculums—stickhandling, shooting, and dryland conditioning. Build foundational skills first, advanced patterns after. Every drill you complete earns points. Every session builds on the last. As you improve, new levels unlock. You always know exactly where you stand, what to work on next, and how far you’ve come. No guessing. No wandering through a drill library. COMPETE AGAINST PLAYERS YOUR AGE Every drill you submit puts you on an in-app leaderboard with players your age from across the country. You’re not just training alone—you’re competing on a leaderboard that updates weekly. You can see your teammates. You can see where players from other cities are training and how hard they’re working. The competitive leaderboard is designed to encourage consistent participation and give athletes a visible way to track their weekly training activity. When the in-app leaderboard resets every week, athletes have a new opportunity to earn points and move through the standings.
