Zentro: Appliance Repair

Zentro brings certified appliance and electronics technicians to your doorstep — with prices you can see before you book, and a warranty that actually means something. WHAT WE FIX Air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, microwaves, water purifiers and RO systems, geysers, chimneys, mixer grinders, ceiling fans, inverters and UPS units, and household electrical wiring. Over 100 individual services across 12 categories. TRANSPARENT PRICING Every service shows its starting price before you book — from ₹199 for an inspection. The technician diagnoses the fault and presents a final estimate for your approval before any chargeable work begins. Spare parts are always quoted separately and approved by you first. No surprise charges after the visit. CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS ONLY Zentro is not an open marketplace. Every technician is background-checked and skill-verified before their first job, and we review ratings continuously. You see who is coming, along with their rating. YOUR JOB, YOUR CONTROL Work begins only after you share a start OTP, and is marked complete only after you share a completion OTP. Nothing happens on your appliance without your explicit approval. LIVE TRACKING Pick a two-hour slot that suits you, then watch your booking progress in the app — assigned, on the way, arrived — and follow your technician on the map as they travel to you. No more waiting on a vague four-hour window. WARRANTY UP TO 90 DAYS Repairs, part replacements and installations are covered for 90 days; routine servicing and cleaning for 30 days. If the same issue returns, so do we. Warranty claims are raised in the app against your booking, so there is no arguing over lost receipts. NEED IT FIXED TODAY? Flag your booking as an emergency and we dispatch the nearest available technician. Any priority surcharge is shown to you before you confirm. PAY HOW YOU LIKE UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, or cash after the service. Every job comes with a GST invoice. ALSO IN THE APP • Save multiple addresses — home, office, parents' place • Full booking history with invoices and warranty status • Apply coupons and see the exact discount before paying • Wallet credit and referral rewards • In-app support with your booking context already attached Zentro is operated by Go4Lead.
