ITADORIは、レーザー加工などで必要なネスティング作業をスマホで簡単に行えるアプリです。レーザー加工、CNC加工、板金加工、木材加工など、板材から部品を切り出す作業の事前確認や、概算見積もりの補助にご利用いただけます。レポート出力機能も備えているため、その場ですぐに見積もり作業を行うこともできます。任意の加工条件を入力することで歩留まり、材料費、加工時間、加工コストなどのシミレーションを行うことができます。主な機能・板材サイズの選択、任意板材の登録・矩形、円、DXFデータによる部品追加・複数部品を組み合わせた部品グループの登録・加工速度、加工コストなどの加工条件登録・ネスティング結果のプレビュー表示・歩留まり、材料費、加工時間、加工コストの確認・PNGまたはPDF形式でのレポート出力・日本語、英語、中国語表示への切り替え本アプリの計算結果や配置結果は、入力条件に基づく参考値です。実際の加工や見積もりに使用する際は、材料特性、加工機の仕様、切断条件、歩留まり条件などを確認のうえご判断ください。
