Full description

Everyone's winging it. Some people just have better advice. WiEnergi puts you in front of people who are already doing the job you want — any field, any trade — and lets you ask the questions you can't Google. Find a mentor, book a real time Browse mentors by what they actually do. See when they're free right on their card, tap a slot, and it's yours — one person per time, no back-and-forth. Prefer to talk first? Send a request and start a private chat. Sessions that feel like being in the room Join live video from inside the app. Mentors host webinars, workshops and Q&As; anyone can raise a hand, get let in to speak, share their camera or screen, drop a reaction, or ask a question the room can upvote. Miss it? Notes and key points land in your inbox afterwards. You'll never wonder when it is Every booking comes with a calendar invite, then a nudge the day before and an hour ahead. New sessions get announced as they're posted, so you actually hear about them. When you're ready to move Jobs, learnerships, internships, bursaries and graduate programmes — matched against what you're into and where you are, so the list is yours rather than everyone's. Save the good ones, apply in a couple of taps, and keep track of what you've sent. Learn, and prove it Accredited programmes and short courses you can work through at your pace, with quizzes and a certificate at the end. Building something? Funding, customers, suppliers and procurement opportunities for small businesses, in the same place. Ask the room Community discussions for the questions that don't need a whole session. Mentoring, not admin Post the hours you're free and let people book them. See your mentees, your requests and your sessions on one screen. Host a public session or a private one-on-one, record it if you want, and let the notes write themselves. Free to join. Bring your questions.

What's new

Book a mentor in seconds — see when they're free right from the directory and pick a slot, no back-and-forth. Mentors get a new home: dashboard, mentees, sessions, and a schedule you can set in a few taps. Live sessions are better — raise your hand to speak, turn on your camera, share your screen, and see everyone in the room. Reminders before every session, and a quick rating when it ends. Plus a fresh look throughout and a keyboard that stays out of your way.
