Health Pal by Wellbody is a pocket pet that grows when you take care of yourself. It gets to know you, talks with you and gives you three steps a day, tailored to your goal. Do them, and your pet thrives. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell your pet about you: your goal, your week, how you sleep and what usually gets in the way. 2. Every morning you get 3 steps made for your goal, about 10 minutes in total. 3. Tick them off and watch your pet grow, its garden bloom and your path climb toward your goal. IT MIRRORS YOU AND ADAPTS TO YOUR DAY Your pet reflects how you’re doing: rested when you are, tired after a short night, proud when you finish your steps. And your plan follows. Slept badly?
