Visientry - Staff Live

Visientry is the app for modern, secure communities. From your phone you can invite guests, open the gate with a QR pass, track deliveries, request maintenance, register vehicles and keep up with everything happening where you live — all in one place. Built around "Secure Access Solutions," Visientry connects you directly to your property's front desk, security team and management, so access is faster for your guests and safer for everyone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Invite visitors in seconds Schedule a guest, set the date and time, and Visientry creates a secure QR pass. Your visitor scans it at the gate or door — no phone calls, no waiting, no paper lists. • Skip the gate line with QR passes Every approved visit comes with a scannable pass. Share it with your guest by text or email and they're cleared for entry the moment they arrive. • Never miss a delivery Get notified the instant a package arrives at the front desk, see what's waiting for pickup, and keep a tidy history of everything delivered. • Report issues and track repairs Submit a maintenance work order with a few taps, add details, and follow every status update from "received" to "completed" — without chasing anyone down. • Register your vehicles Keep your cars on file with plate, make, model and color so parking and gate access stay simple and secure. • Stay on top of community life A shared calendar keeps amenity bookings, meetings and community events in one view, so you never miss what matters. • Your community at a glance A personal dashboard brings your upcoming visits, package alerts, open requests and today's events together the moment you open the app. WHY RESIDENTS LOVE VISIENTRY • Fast, secure access for you and your guests • Real-time notifications so nothing slips through the cracks • One simple app instead of phone calls, paper logs and group chats • Works hand-in-hand with your property's security and management team • Clean, easy design — set up a visit or a request in under a minute BUILT FOR YOUR COMMUNITY Visientry is designed for apartments, gated communities, condos, HOAs and managed properties that take access and security seriously.
