Vendora Next is the mobile companion for property preservation contractors working in the field. Pick up your assigned work orders, document every property with geotagged photos, log job notes, and submit your invoice — from the driveway, not the office. ACCOUNT REQUIRED Vendora Next is a business tool for contractors under an existing service agreement. Accounts are created and issued by your contracting organisation; you cannot register inside the app. If you don't have sign-in details, contact your office administrator. YOUR WORK ORDERS, ALWAYS CURRENT See every order assigned to you, filtered by work type, category, client company, customer number or state. Open an order for full general information, line items, property history and a complete access trail showing who touched the record and when. PHOTO DOCUMENTATION THAT HOLDS UP Capture photos with the built-in camera and shoot as many as a property needs in one session. Each image is automatically stamped with its capture time and, with your permission, the GPS coordinates of the location — written into the photo's own EXIF data as well as sent with the upload, so your evidence carries its own proof. Review shots before they go, and optionally keep a copy in your device's photo library. JOB NOTES AND REMINDERS Record notes against an order, address them to specific colleagues or groups, and set a reminder date so nothing gets missed. Open attachments sent from the office without leaving the job.
