Full description
Ever open a project and spend the first ten minutes just remembering how everything connects? Most task managers give you a list. UluP Spaces gives you a map — a network of connected nodes where each one is a project, a phase, or an idea, so the shape of your work stays visible instead of living in your head. No account needed to start. Open UluP Spaces and dive straight into the full canvas — create nodes, organize tasks, explore everything the app does. Sign in only when you're ready to save your work for good; one click keeps everything you've already built, nothing lost. Instead of scrolling through one long to-do list, you organize your work as a network of connected nodes; each one a project, a phase, or an idea. Drag them, connect them, and watch the shape of your work become visible at a glance. When your projects are genuinely interconnected, seeing those connections changes how you plan. Open a node and you're in a focused workspace of its own: tasks with notes and file attachments, a progress bar that updates as you go, and a built-in Pomodoro timer for when you just need to sit down and work. Focus Mode is always one click away, so going from planning to doing takes seconds. New project? Pick a template - Study Planner, Content Creator, Team Workspace, Booking Manager - and your nodes, structure, and starter tasks are ready before you've finished your coffee. Prefer a blank canvas? That's there too. Working with others? Generate an invite link and let people preview the project before joining. Give them the right level of access: viewer, editor, or full ownership. Chat with the whole team in real time, right inside the project. Every project can be public or private, your call, with permissions enforced at the data level, not just hidden behind a UI toggle. Built something worth showing? Turn any project into a public page with one click. Whoever gets the link sees your map instantly - nodes, connections, images, no login, no download. It's the fastest way to hand someone a finished piece of work instead of a screenshot. And UluP Spaces isn't only about managing what you do: it's also about showing what you create. Make projects public and turn your work into something others can explore. Add images to your nodes and let them become visual previews. Your profile includes a personal gallery alongside your public projects and statistics, giving people a clearer picture of what you build. Students juggling coursework across multiple courses. Freelancers running several client projects that overlap in ways a flat list never captures. Creators building ideas and projects they want others to discover. Small teams coordinating work where "what depends on what" actually matters. If you've ever felt like your project management tool was flattening something that was never flat to begin with, this is built for you. With UluP Spaces 3.0, you can turn any project into a shareable public page, get notified even when the app is closed, search across every task in your project, and follow a guided tour that shows you exactly where to click. Sign in whenever you're ready — with Google, Microsoft, or email — and pick up exactly where you left off on web, desktop, or Android. Or don't: your work stays yours either way. Tab-by-tab redesign for improved fluidity and a better look You can now export your map to CSV, Markdown, and PDF History: thanks to the time-lapse feature, you can now save a checkpoint and return to it whenever you want. Checkpoints can be automatic or manual!
